FreeStuff! Giving stuff away had a more pleasurable result than a yard sale. Folks took stuff because they could use it. Some took away decorating stuff, some took away ideas & tips on how to use the stuff, some even took stuff they could recycle for a few bucks. Most were amazed someone was giving out free stuff, some tried to pay something and all said “thanks”. A church got a mailbox for a kid’s project, an inventor got some sampling material, a new store owner got some display devices and a young artist was thrilled with more stuff than she could carry (and had to come back with her Dad)! And, at the end of the day, about a ton of material stayed out of the dumpster.
